Bookings, weather changes and cancellations are handled according to event details, timing, safety and operational requirements.

Outdoor bookings may be affected by heavy rain, storms, extreme heat, unsafe ground conditions or unsuitable site access. If conditions are unsuitable, Bonza will discuss the safest available options.

We allow one transfer to a different date, subject to availability. After that transfer has been used, any further cancellation will mean all payments made are non-refundable.
